王云翔出生书香门第,父亲是教师,祖父为秀オ,曾祖父为光绪贡生,在家藏清朝光绪年流传有绪的族谱上,写着其家族系江东王导、王羲之脉,经史学家考证王云翔是书圣王義之第76代孙。祖上数代皆写得一手好字。渊深的家学,使他自幼得到熏陶。6岁就在父亲的指导下从“颜柳”入手,打下扎实的楷书基础,少儿时书画就获得一等奖。2019年任国际名人百科外联部主任。

Wang Yunxiang was born of a scholarly family. His father was a teacher, his grandfather was Xiu De, and his great grandfather was Guangxu Gongsheng. His family tree in Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty was inscribed with the lines of Jiangdong Wang Dao and Wang Xizhi. Historians have verified that Wang Yunxiang is the 76th grandson of Shusheng Wang Yizhi. Generations of ancestors have written well. He was nurtured from an early age by his profound family education. At the age of 6, under the guidance of his father, he started with "Yan Liu" and laid a solid foundation in regular script. when he was young, he won the first prize in calligraphy and painting. In 2019, he was appointed Director of International Celebrity Encyclopedia External Relations Department.

王云翔书法作品在1983年就参加了全国性书法展览并获优秀奖,前后数十次在国内国际大赛中入展并获大奖。2007年王云翔随中国书法代表团赴韩国访问交流。2008年江苏电视台对王云翔书法作专题报道,《书法报》、《书法导报》等多种报刊作专版介绍。2008年书法作品在奥运会(水立方场馆)展示并被国家收藏。2009年王云翔被邀为上海世博会系列丛书题写书名《上海欢迎您》。2012年荣宝斋出版社出版了王云翔小档《道德经》、行书《千字文》、草书《杜甫诗》作品集一套。

Wang Yunxiang's calligraphy works took part in the national calligraphy exhibition in 1983 and won the excellence award. He has entered the exhibition and won the award in dozens of domestic and international competitions before and after. In 2007, Wang Yunxiang visited South Korea with a Chinese calligraphy delegation. In 2008, Jiangsu TV station made a special report on Wang Yunxiang's calligraphy, and a variety of newspapers such as Shufa Bao and Shufa Dao Bao made special editions of the report. In 2008, calligraphy works were displayed at the Olympic Games (Water Cube Stadium) and collected by the state. In 2009, Wang Yunxiang was invited to write the title "Welcome to Shanghai" for the Shanghai World Expo series. In 2012, Rong Baozhai Publishing House published a collection of Wang Yunxiang's small files "Tao Te Ching", running script "Thousand Characters" and cursive script "Du Fu's Poems".

2013年3月1日,在北京中国美术馆隆重举办"“游艺守逸一一王云翔书法展暨向中华慈善总会捐赠作品仪式”大型个人书法展。开幕式上,国家相关领导、中国书协领导、全国著名书法家及学者一千余名嘉宾出席了开幕式。开幕式当天晚上七时中央电视台新闻频道报道开幕式盛況,《新华日报》、《人民日报》、《中华人オ》、江苏电视台等主流报刊、杂志、网络媒体相继报道书展盛况。2013年3月20日,对外经贸大学特邀王云翔到院校举办书法展。由中国文化部主管,中国艺术研究院主办的"中华文化画报”杂志总第173期有六个版面介绍王云翔书法艺术及理论文章。2013年10月北京人民广播电台对王云翔书法作40分钟专访报道。近几年王云翔的书法作品被收藏和创作的有:中国美术馆、北京人民大会堂、钓鱼台国宾馆、全国政协文史馆、上海世博会、三军仪仗队、国家发改委、国家气象局、北京航天城、全国佛教协会、台湾佛光山高僧星云大师等。中央电视台前后三次请王云翔为栏目题字,多处名胜风景处将王云翔的题字嵌刻在墙壁上,永久保存。2014年11月、2015年6月,2016年6月,王云翔的书法精品在北京保利和上海朵云轩拍卖公司多次参拍,各路收藏家纷纷竟拍,均以高价争相收藏

In October 2013, Beijing People's Radio made a 40-minute interview with Wang Yunxiang's calligraphy. In recent years, Wang Yunxiang's calligraphy works have been collected and created by the China Art Museum, the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, the Literature and History Museum of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Shanghai World Expo, the Armed Forces' Guard of Honor, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Meteorological Administration, Beijing Space City, the National Buddhist Association, Taiwan Buddha's Light Mountain Eminent Monk Nebula Master, etc. China Central Television has invited Wang Yunxiang to inscribe on the column three times before and after. Many places of interest and scenic beauty have embedded Wang Yunxiang's inscription on the wall for permanent preservation. In November 2014, June 2015 and June 2016, Wang Yunxiang's calligraphy masterpieces participated in Beijing Poly and Shanghai Duoyunxuan Auction Company for many times. Collectors from all walks of life took part in the auction one after another, all competing to collect them at high prices.
