The Chinese Dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the greatest dream of the Chinese nation since the modern times. It does not need the support of hard power like economy, science and technology, but also needs the deposition of soft power like culture, ideology and value concept. Culture is an important source for the national cohesion and creation, and an important factor of the comprehensive national strength and an important support of economic and social development. The software cultural power is not only the important contents within the Chinese dream, but also an important approach to realize the Chinese dream. The cultural power is the most fundamental to construct the world peace, and the cultural influence is beyond the time and space and cross-border. Culture becomes rich because of communication and colorful because of blending. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of CPC Central Committee, once pointed out that China should know more about the world, and the world should also know about China. The development process of the human society is the process in which various civilizations communicate, are blended and innovated continuously. Only by communicating with the heart of people in the world through the cultural bridge can the hear identity-based world peace be long-lasting.
纵观近百年来诸多东方艺术大师如徐悲鸿、张大千、林风眠、刘海粟等为了展现和振兴东方艺术的神韵与雄风，使中国传统艺术的发扬光大，他们不辞辛苦，远涉西方各国，从西方撷取精华，融东西艺术为一体，为东方艺术之新风的展现做出不可磨灭的贡献。华人艺术家旅居海外，薪传东方文化艺术，弘扬和推广中华五千年博大精深的文明，赤子之心常为世人激赏赞扬。著名中国画家萧瀚自1989年移居欧洲以来，以其创立的“多次积彩色调水墨画”作品风格独特赢得欧洲画坛的认同和肯定，其作品多次参加国内外大展并获奖，在国际享有很高的声誉。他把自己的所有艺术才华倾注在弘扬祖国传统艺术的发展创新上，同时他通过艺术作品加强同海外艺术家的文化交流，为中国文化走向世界做出着不懈的贡献。
For nearly 100 years, many oriental art masters like Xu Beihong, Zhang Daqian, Lin Fengmian and Liu Haisu, in order to display and rejuvenate the romantic charm and graceful bearing of the oriental art and carry forward the traditional Chinese culture, regardless of hardship, went to the European countries to extract the essence of the western art and blend the oriental and western arts, making indelible contribution to display the new style of the oriental art. Although living overseas, the overseas Chinese artists inherit the oriental culture and art, carry forward and promote the extensiveand profound civilization of China for thousands of years and they are often appreciated and praised by people for their attachment to the motherland. Xiao Han, a famous Chinese painter, has been identified and affirmed in the European painting forum for his unique style of “accumulated color washing painting” since he moved to Europe in 1989, and his works have been exhibited in domestic and foreign exhibitions and won awards for many times, with a very high reputation internationally. He devotes all his artistic talents to the development and innovation of carrying forward the traditional art of China, and meanwhile, he has also strengthened the cultural exchange with the overseas artists through artistic works, making unremitting contribution for the Chinese culture to enter the world.
